1. Confidential Information. Lot pricing, sample availability, importer inventory, roaster sourcing pipelines, message threads, and any document marked "Private" within Kooky Koffee.
2. Permitted Use. You may use the information solely to evaluate sourcing, supply, or commercial relationships through the platform.
3. Restrictions. You will not disclose, republish, screenshot for public distribution, scrape, or share with competitors any information accessed through the platform.
4. Term. Obligations survive for 24 months after you stop using the platform.
5. Acknowledgement. Electronic acceptance constitutes a binding signature under E-SIGN and applicable equivalents.
