When you create an account we collect your name, email address and company name. When you use the platform we log your search activity, lot views and sample requests to improve the service and show you relevant results.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the Kooky Koffee platform, match you with relevant importers or roasters, and send you account-related emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use the site. These services may set cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database provider. Data is stored in Canada and the United States.
